At M2K Developments, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, including software and applications, that meet our clients’ expectations. Because our products are digital in nature, certain limitations apply to refunds. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

All purchases made through M2K Developments are considered final. However, we may offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered (e.g., download link or activation key not received).
  • The software is defective or not functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • You were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase.

Refunds are not issued in cases where:

  • You no longer need or want the product.
  • You do not have the technical knowledge to use the product.
  • You purchased the wrong product or misunderstood its features (please review all descriptions and system requirements before purchase).

Refund Request Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests beyond this time frame may not be eligible for review.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@m2kdevelopments.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Product purchased
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Refund Method

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

M2K Developments reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Abuse of our refund policy may result in restriction of future purchases or access to our services.
